Types of jobs. Ntelicor is a flexible employer. Opportunities are available ranging from permanent employment with Ntelicor (or one of our clients), to W-2 employment at an hourly rate, to 1099 independent contractor engagements under the appropriate circumstances. Our client needs and circumstances often dictate the employment or engagement structure in any particular case, but we advise all interested individuals of the circumstances and alternatives prior to their joining us, and we are as flexible as possible. Visa Sponsorship. Ntelicor does sponsor H-1b and TN nonimmigrant temporary visas, as well as immigrant visas ("green cards"). We are pleased to note that the great majority of those who have obtained green cards with us remain with us today.
