Types of jobs. Ntelicor is a flexible employer. Opportunities are available ranging from permanent employment with Ntelicor (or one of our clients), to W-2 employment at an hourly rate, to 1099 independent contractor engagements under the appropriate circumstances. Our client needs and circumstances often dictate the employment or engagement structure in any particular case, but we advise all interested individuals of the circumstances and alternatives prior to their joining us, and we are as flexible as possible. Benefits are available.

Ntelicor does regularly and routinely post certain opportunities on general job boards such as CareerBuilder.com and Dice.com, so please also look there.
Visa Sponsorship. Ntelicor does sponsor H-1b and TN nonimmigrant temporary visas, as well as immigrant visas ("green cards"). We are pleased to note that the great majority of those who have obtained green cards with us remain with us today.

Employee Referral Program. The purpose of the Employee Referral Bonus Program is to provide an incentive award for those who help the Company fill vacancies by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed.
Eligibility and Participation - Employee referrals may include Ntelicor employees or qualified candidates not associated with Ntelicor.
Referring Employee - All employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus.
Referral Bonus Amount - Referral bonus amounts are determined at the discretion of management based upon varying circumstances, but range from $1000 - $2000 or more.
